All hair extensions are FINAL SALE, exchange only valid within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
All CTzGlam extensions come sealed with a label. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges must have the seal intact and not broken, no exceptions can be made.
Absolutely no exchanges of opened packages are possible. If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the TERMS & CONDITIONS; however, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 14 days of purchase.
No refunds or exchanges on custom wigs. Only repairs for any problems you may come across.
